Industry Exposure & Facility Tours

Employers host on-site facility tours, demonstrations, and job shadowing opportunities, allowing participants to observe real-world operations and gain exposure to industry-specific equipment and processes

Paid Work Experience

Employers provide paid work experience opportunities by offering temporary work placements, enabling participants to gain hands-on experience while reducing reliance on simulated work environments and wages. These placements generate measurable impacts such as wage avoidance and improved employment outcomes.

Materials & Equipment

Employers contribute tangible goods to support program objectives. Donations may include tools, equipment, workwear, PPE, and other resources.
