Our exceptional team brings together a diverse group of thinkers, doers, leaders, teachers, planners and ideators, that are united around a shared value for impact.
At Ballad our work is built on trusting, transparent and long-term relationships with Indigenous Peoples. We understand that it is our responsibility to pursue respectful and meaningful Indigenous engagement that strengthens these relationships, builds understanding, and provides benefit to all parties. Therefore we are committed to furthering the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action in the work that we do. Ballad’s full commitment is outlined in our Indigenous Engagement and Economic Inclusion Plan. Our commitments are outlined in five priority areas which include Talent; Knowledge; Engagement; Economic Inclusion; and Community Legacy.
Ballad is committed to supporting people and communities where we work and live. We believe by sharing our strengths and our time we can contribute to resilient, thriving, and sustainable communities. We recognize that we have the potential to impact the communities we work with, beyond just a client relationship. We do this through community sponsorship and paid volunteer days.
