Ballad’s training facility offers a range of job preparation workshops, as well as hands-on experience in hospitality & retail and industrial skills.
Our facility includes a large shop space, as well as dedicated hospitality areas such as a commercial kitchen and on-site mock café, so that participants can perfect their skills.
Hospitality & Retail Program with training in:
- Front of House (Service)
- Back of House (Kitchen)
- Housekeeping & Laundry
- Customer Service & Retail Operations
Industrial Skills Program with training in:
- Manufacturing and Food Processing Fundamentals
- Transportation and Logistics Exposure
- Agricultural Operations & Facility Maintenance
- Tools, Safety Certifications & Workplace Readiness
Participants of the program will have access to support including:
