Ballad’s training facility offers a range of job preparation workshops, as well as hands-on experience in hospitality, carpentry, and oilfield services.

Our facility includes a large shop space, as well as hotel spaces such as a reception, kitchen, and bedrooms so that participants can perfect their skills.

Participants of the program will have access to support including:
