We design and deliver tailored programming that meets the needs of an ever-changing labour market.
Ballad excels in creating and running innovative workforce development programs across Alberta. We've successfully delivered initiatives and workshops in partnership with the Provincial and Federal Governments, First Nations communities, and Métis settlements.
Our main goal is to tailor each program to meet the needs of the job market and our clients. Our programs cover various industries like entrepreneurship, hospitality, construction, supply chain, and insurance. We work with diverse clients, from youth to experienced professionals, addressing significant employment challenges.
Our success is measured not just by job placements but also by assessing the overall impact on our client's well-being.
