CORE: Connections, Opportunities, Relationships, and Employment is a program focused on helping Youth from Care (ages 16-17) and Young Adults from Care (18+) transition into employment. Our vision is to provide a safe, inclusive space for youth and young adults to grow their confidence, change their perspectives, gain knowledge and learn skills that will positively impact their employment and career journey.

Can’t make it to us? No worries! Our mobile unit, cruising within a 500km radius, is coming to you. Offering in person and online support as you explore careers, make new connections, and make your visions a reality with Ballad!

Youth (16-17) from Care or a Young Adult (18+) from Care looking to find employment.
