This program is designed to serve participants living in the North West region of Alberta through various service models including on-site delivery, remote delivery and/or online service deliver for those living in and around the High Level region

This program is for Alberta residents who are:

• 18 years or older
• Currently unemployed or underemployed
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Permanent resident of Canada

Ballad’s training facility offers a range of job preparation workshops, as well as hands-on experience in hospitality and carpentry.

Our facility includes a large shop space, as well as hotel spaces such as a reception, kitchen, and bedrooms so that participants can perfect their skills.
